Returns
All sales are final.  If you have any issues with your product, please contact me directly at collectionsbycy@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your item(s).  Please be sure to include a photo of the item.

Damages and Issues

Collections by CY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to the negligence of shipping carrier.  All shipping issues must be taken  up with your local post office.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and next steps.
